In recent years, Vietnam's digital economy has significantly contributed and impacted GDP growth and socio-economic development: increasing labor productivity by 15%/year in 2017 and 21%/year in 2021 and the structure of employment in the environment. digitization, specifically contributing 6% before 2019; 25%/ year 2019 and 60%/year 2021. The Mekong River Delta, with its key characteristics of agricultural economy, besides limitations, is a low-lying area in terms of human resource development. low average, especially the group of small and micro enterprises as well as household economy, and at the same time, the digital conversion ranking index has the lowest locality in the country. The trend of globalization has put the economy in a position of transformation and change to keep pace with the requirements of the world's digital economy integration. In order to transform a business, it is necessary to first convert technology, in which experience in information technology is the first thing that must be obtained in order to understand and apply technology to digital transformation.
