Bảo hiểm xã hội là một trong hai trụ cột của hệ thống an Sinh xã hội liên quan đến quyền, lợi ích và trách nhiệm của nhiều thành viên trong xã hội, góp phần thực hiện mục tiêu dân giàu, nước mạnh, dân chủ, công bằng, văn minh. Quản lý quỹ bảo hiểm xã hội là vấn đề rất quan trọng. Bài viết đã tập trung làm rõ thực trạng công tác quản lý quỹ bảo hiểm xã hội tại thị xã Phổ Yên, tỉnh Thái Nguyên giai đoạn 2017-2021, đồng thời chỉ ra những hạn chế và nguyên nhân dẫn đến hạn chế. Từ đó, một số giải pháp được đề xuất, bao gồm thực hiện tốt công tác lập lập kế hoạch thu — chi quỹ; Hoàn thiện quá trình thu - chi quỹ; Tăng cường Công tác kiểm tra, thanh tra, gắn xử phạt với khen thưởng kịp; Quản lý chặt chẽ đối tượng và mở rộng phát triển đối tượng tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội để góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý quỹ bảo hiểm xã hội tại Bảo hiểm xã hội thị xã Phổ Yên, tỉnh Thái Nguyên trong giai đoạn 2022-2025.

Social insurance is one of the two pillars of the social security system related to the rights, interests and responsibilities of many members of society, contributing to the realization of the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, fair and civilized. Managing the social insurance fund is a very important issue. The article has focused on clarifying the real situation of social insurance fund management in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province in the period 2017-2021, and at the same time pointing out limitations and causes of limitations. Since then, a number of solutions are proposed, including well-executing the planning of revenue and expenditure of funds; Completing the process of collecting - spending funds; Strengthening the inspection and inspection, linking sanctions with timely commendation; Strictly manage the subjects and expand the development of social insurance participants to contribute to improving the efficiency of social insurance fund management at Social Insurance in Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province in the period of 2022 -2025.
