Objective: To describe some factors relating to demand for health care in Department of voluntary treatment A at the National Hospital of Pediatrics in 2014. Method: A cross - sectional descriptive study. Result: Study on 527 subjects with 98.63 percent has high level of education over high school. 82.98 percent subjects with income over 10 million per month. Expenses increased by 20 percent in proper to health services. Trust of clients in the quality of health care of the department and reduction of waiting time have high portion in overall. Conclusion: The clients select Department of voluntary treatment A is reducing the waiting time as well. Thus, it requires to improve the quality of health care to satisfy clients seeking care.
