It has been determined that porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) on pigs occurred during the period of 2010 and 2013 in Bac Ninh province and this caused significant losses in pig husbandry. The most recent period, in June 2013, there was a disease spread but quickly controlled. Infected sows had syndromes of respiratory and reproductive disorder; post weaned piglets had the main syndromes of respiratory disorder; macro-injuries PRRS infected pigs concentrated at lungs, inflame and necrosis lungs. Some other injuries such as swollen and hemorrhage glands, spot hemorrhage kidneys, sows with inflame uterus. Micro-injuries of infected pigs were hemorrhage lungs, inflame bronchial, inflame lungs; hemorrhage glands and uterus with inflame cells. Besides, other injuries varied depending on disease situations.
