Mô tả sự thay đổi theo chiều đứng và chiều trước sau trên phim sọ nghiêng tại ở các bệnh nhân sau nong hàm nhanh có minivis hỗ trợ tại Bệnh viện Răng Hàm Mặt Trung ương Hà Nội và khoa Răng hàm mặt, Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hải Phòng từ 2020-2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: 36 bệnh nhân có chỉ định nong hàm nhanh bằng khí cụ MSE. Phim sọ nghiêng của các bệnh nhân được chup lúc trước điều trị (To), sau khi ngừng nong hàm (T1) và sau 6 tháng duy trì (T2). Các thông số trên phim đánh giá sự thay đổi tại ba thời điểm khác nhau được thu thập, phân tích và kiểm định bằng các test phù hợp. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Các thông số đánh giá theo chiều đứng và trước sau tại ba thời điểm cho thấy không có sự thay đổi có ý nghĩa thống kê. Kết luận: Khí cụ MSE không làm thay đổi kích thước của xương hàm trên theo chiều đứng và chiều trước sau.

To describe the vertical and anteroposterior changes on cephalometric radiographs in patients after rapid maxillary expansion with minivis support at the Hanoi Central Odonto-Stomatology Hospital and the Department of Odonto-Stomatology, the Hospital of Hai Phong Medical University from 2020-2022. Materials and methods: 36 patients treated maxillary expansion by MSE appliance. Their cephalometrics were taken before treatment (To), immediately after stopping the expansion (T1) and after 6 months of maintenance (T2). The parameters on the cephalometric assessing the change at three different time points were collected, analyzed and verified by suitable tests. Results: The parameters evaluated vertically and anteroposteriorly at three time points showed no statistically significant changes. The MSE appliance did not change the vertical and anteroposterior size of the maxillary bone.
