Objectives: 1) Discribe the character of clavicle fracture; 2) Evaluate the result of surgical treatment for clavicle fracture. Patients and method: Retrospective study 38 clavicle fracture patients who were treated surgically in Hanoi Medical University Hospital from 2008 to June 2013. Results: Male/female ratio is 1,5/1. Average age is 42. Simple fracture is 65,4 percent, 1/3 middle fracture is 92,1 percent. Bone union is 100 percent. Overall result is 94,7 percent excellent and 5,3 percent good according to Constant score. 100 percent patients satisfied with the result.
