Nghiên cứu khảo sát tình trạng lo âu, stress và tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan đến tình trạng này của bệnh nhân trước phẫu thuật. 250 bệnh nhân trước phẫu thuật chấn thương chỉnh hình được đánh giá mức độ lo âu, stress dựa trên thang điểm DASS-21 tại khoa chấn thương chỉnh hình Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội từ tháng 9/2019 – 5/2020. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân bị lo âu thực sự là 22,8% và stress thực sự là 6,4%. Điểm lo âu, stress trung bình là 5,58 ± 5,47 và 4,48 ± 4,06. Tuổi, giới, mức sống khó khăn, có bệnh kèm theo và không có bảo hiểm y tế là yếu tố nguy cơ của lo âu và stress có ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05. Nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ lo âu, stress trước phẫu thuật chấn thương chỉnh hình của bệnh nhân vẫn khá cao và có nhiều yếu tố liên quan của tình trạng này. Nhân viên y tế cần quan tâm, tuyên truyền về bảo hiểm y tế và giải thích rõ hơn về phương pháp vô cảm cho bệnh nhân.

The study aimed to investigate the anxiety or stress related to traumatic orthopedic surgery. 250 preoperative traumatic orthopedic patients were assessed based on DASS 21 at Hanoi medical university hospital from 9/2019 to 5/2020. The average DASS-Anxious and DASS-Stress scores were 5.85 ± 5.47 and 4.48 ± 4.06, the percentage of patients with anxiety and stress was 22.8% and 6.4% respectively. Female, over 60 years old, with lower standard of living and associated diseases were factors that increase the anxiety level statistically. No medical insurance was another factor that increase the stress level statiscally. The study show that the rate of real anxiety or real stress of preoperative orthopedic patients was quite elevated and is statistically significant. Health care workers need to address these issues, advocate for medical insurance and explain more clearly about the method of anesthesia.
