Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào phân tích và tìm hiểu phong cách lãnh đạo và quản lý sự thay đổi được áp dụng trong trường đại học nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển bền vững. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính kết hợp phỏng vấn chuyên gia, kết quả cho thấy, Phong cách lãnh đạo chuyển đổi, tham gia và quản lý sự thay đổi đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc thúc đẩy phát triển bền vững trong các trường đại học. Trên cơ sở phân tích, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số hàm ý giúp các trường đại học có thể vượt qua những thách thức khi sắp xếp các mục tiêu và đạt được tiến bộ hướng tới một tương lai bền vững hơn.
