Measuring administrative organizations brings many benefits; it is considered, an instrument to improve management. It helps managers to increase performance and gain public support when improvements of public sector affect society. Measuring organizations is given a significance in both public and private sectors. Based on clarification of theoretical issues of measuring organization and analysis of the state of measuring administrative organizations in Vietnam, the article gives some solutions for institutionalization and improvement of the measuring in the coming time.
