Accounting organization is considered to be a system of elements including accounting organizational structure, applying to accounting methods to collect, process and provide information, organize the policies, regulations, rules and financial economics regulations and accounting in business. In another way, the authors can say that accounting is an important component of the financial accounting management tool system, not only that has a positive role in the management, administration and control of economic activity but it's also very important for the operation of the business. This article presents the result of research on the current accounting organization in Hanoi Metal Joint Stock Company. The authors have proposed a number of solutions to help the company to further improving the organization of the accounting at company.
