Khảo sát đặc điểm mang thai và kết cục thai kỳ ở bệnh nhân sau điều trị TBSMLT bảo tồn tử cung. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Báo cáo loạt ca hồi cứu ở những phụ nữ điều trị TBSMLT bảo tồn tử cung bệnh viện Hùng Vương và bệnh viện Từ Dũ năm 2015 - 2017. Hồ sơ thoả tiêu chuẩn chọn mẫu được liên lạc qua điện thoại, ghi nhận tình hình mang thai và thông tin thai kỳ này. Kết quả: Trong 204 trường hợp nghiên cứu, có 40 trường hợp mang thai. 22 trường hợp thai kỳ có con sinh sống (55%), tất cả các trẻ sinh ra đều khoẻ mạnh, không ghi nhận biến chứng nào trong thai kỳ. 12 trường hợp TBSMLT tái phát (30%), không có trường hợp nào xảy ra biến chứng. Tất cả đều được điều trị thành công bảo tồn tử cung, 2 trường hợp phá thai nội khoa (5%), 2 trường hợp thai ngoài tử cung (5%), 2 trường hợp sẩy thai sớm (5%). Kết luận: Khả năng mang thai lại và kết cục thai kỳ sau điều trị TBSMLT là khả quan. Nguy cơ tái phát TBSMLT còn cao, đáng lo ngại.

The rate of uterus is successfully conserved following the treatment of scar pregnancy which is high so pregnancy outcome following Caesarean scar ectopics is getting more and more attention. Objectives: to assess pregnancy course and outcome after conservative treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods: Report a series of retrospective cases of women who received conservative treatment for their Caesarean scar pregnancies at Hung Vuong and Tu Du hospital between 2015 and 2017. A telephone follow-up was conducted after CSP treatment. The outcomes of these subsequent pregnancies and mode of delivery were all recorded. Results: In 204 case studies, there were 40 pregnancies. 22 cases of intrauterine pregnancy with childbirth (55%), all babies were born healthy, with no complications recorded in pregnancy. 12 women had recurrent scar ectopic (30%). There were 2 abortion cases, 2 cases of ectopic pregnancy, and 2 cases of early miscarriage. Conclusions: Our study shows that reproductive outcomes following treatment of caesarean scar ectopic pregnancies are favourable. The risk of recurrent Caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy is a concern.
