With intense competition in the construction sector requires the project's objectives have to completed excellence, included: the best quality projects, progress fastest and least cost money. The requirements that force managers to have major changes in management tools to achieve project management professional. When quality and cost of the system was in compliance with these regulations, the time schedule becomes a factor flexibility for businesses to promote their capabilities. However, awareness of the established scientific progress and compliance management plan progress in Vietnam is still very limited. This study proposes a number of measures to promote the role of planning instruments progress in project management. The research results will help managers understand and implement more effective management of their skills, bringing the project to succeed.
