The effective parameters to the pounding force of between adjacent structures to ground acceleration of earthquakes are presented in this paper. The impact of two structures with different dynamic characteristics or distance too close together happens when the cause-effect action. Nonlinear viscoelastic model is used to simulate the connection between and elasto plastic perfect model is featured the behavior of inelastic of two structures. A computer program is written in MATLAB programming language to analyze the dynamic responses of the system and determine pounding force. The results show that this force depends on many factors such as dynamic characteristics of the two structures, earthquake ground acceleration, distance two structures.
