Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện tại một số làng nghề truyền thống tại thành phố Đà Nẵng nhằm mục đích đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ du lịch. Trong nghiên cứu này, mô hình IPA (Important Performance Analysis) bao gồm mức độ quan trọng (Importance) và mức độ thực hiện (Performance) với 5 nhóm biến cụ thể là “Các yếu tố hữu hình”, “Sự tin cậy”, “Thái độ và trách nhiệm”, “Sự đảm bảo” và “Sự đồng cảm” được vận dụng. Đối tượng khảo sát là 120 khách du lịch tham quan các làng nghề truyền thống ở thành phố Đà Nẵng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy trong khi du khách đánh giá cao mức độ quan trọng của các yếu tố trên thì ngược lại phần lớn mức độ thực hiện của các yếu tố còn ở mức thấp và trung bình. Trên cơ sở này, bài viết đề xuất 4 nhóm giải pháp theo mức độ ưu tiên nhằm hoàn thiện và nâng cao hơn nữa chất lượng dịch vụ tại các làng nghề truyền thống ở thành phố Đà Nẵng.

The research was conducted in traditional craft villages in Da Nang City to assess the tourism service quality of these destinations. In this research, “Importance – Performance Analysis” (IPA) was applied with five variables: “Tangibles,” “Reliability,” “Behaviour and Responsibles,” “Insurance,” and “Empathy.” The participants were 120 tourists who used to visit traditional craft villages in Da Nang. The results shows that tourists believed that these indicators were important to assess the service quality but were not satisfied with the service provided in reality. Thus, the article recommends and proposes four group solutions based on the priority levels to improve the quality of services in traditional craft villages in Da Nang City
