Nhận xét thực trạng lo âu ở bệnh nhân ung thư vú điều trị tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 59 bệnh nhân chẩn đoán ung thư vú sử dụng thang đánh giá lo âu trầm cảm và stress DASS-21. Kết quả: Độ tuổi trung bình của nghiên cứu 51.8±11.12. Nghiên cứu có 41% số bệnh nhân phát hiện bệnh ung thư vú trên 6 tháng và 91,5% bệnh nhân có thấy khối bất thường ở vú. 50,8% bệnh nhân ung thư vú ở giai đoạn 2. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra 23,7% bệnh nhân ung thư vú có biểu hiện lo âu trên thang DASS-21, trong đó 8,5% lo âu mức độ nhẹ, 15,2% lo âu mức độ trung bình. Trong các biểu hiện hoạt động quá mức hệ thần kinh tự trị có 46,7% bệnh nhân thấy tim đập nhanh. 62,7% bệnh nhân cám giác bồn chồn, khó thư giãn. 27,1% bệnh nhân cảm thấy chóng mặt và 33,9% bệnh nhân khó ngủ vì lo lắng. Sự khác biệt mức độ lo âu trên thang DASS ở các giai đoạn ung thư vú khác nhau không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Sự khác biệt mức độ lo âu trên thang DASS nhóm thời gian mắc bệnh khác nhau không có ý nghĩa thống kê.

Assessement of anxiety in breast cancer patients treated at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Subjects and research methods: A total of 59 patients were diagnosed with Breast cancer, using DASS-21. Results: The average age of the study 51.8 ± 11.12. 41% of patients detect breast cancer for more than 6 months and 91.5% of patients had Abnormal mass in the breast. 50.8% of breast cancer patients in stage 2. The study showed 23.7% of breast cancer patients with anxiety on DASS-21 scale, of which 8.5% of mild anxiety, 15.2% of the average anxiety. The Autonomic arousal symptoms has 46.7% of patients suffer from Palpitations or pounding heart. 62.7% of patients with restlessness, inability to relax. 27.1% of patients feel dizzy and 33.9% of patients have difficulty sleeping because of anxiety. The difference in the level of anxiety on DASS at different stages of breast cancer is not statistically significant. The difference in the level of anxiety on the DASS scale of the time of different disease is not statistically significant.
