Rối loạn đa nhân cách, Rối loạn nhận dạng phân ly, Lâm sàng, Điều trị

Rối loạn nhân dạng phân ly là rối loạn nặng nhất và hiếm gặp nhất trong số các rối loạn phân ly, thường xuất hiện ở các nước Châu Âu, Mỹ hơn khu vực Châu Á. Chúng tôi báo cáo một ca bệnh rối loạn nhân dạng phân ly, điều trị nội trú tại Viện Sức khỏe Tâm thần. Chẩn đoán được xác định qua quá trình thăm khám và theo dõi, loại trừ các yếu tố liên quan đến dùng chất và bệnh lý cơ thể, lợi ích thứ phát. Quá trình điều trị, quản lý cần sát sao với người bệnh mắc rối loạn này.
