Study was to evaluate the treatment effects and side effects of electrical acupuncture combined with infrared light in treating patients with neck pain caused by Cervical spondylosis. Results showed that electrical acupuncture combined with infrared light has analgesic effect in neck pain treatment better than that simple electric acupuncture: after treatment VAS scale of control group 3.10 + or - 1.12 higher than in study group 2.57 + or - 0.82 (p 0.05). NDI scale of study group lower control group (p 0.05). During the treatment course, there were no the side effects. In conclusion, electrical acupuncture combined with infrared light has the good effect and safety in treatment for patients with neck pain caused by Cervical spondylosis.
