Adenocarcinomas of the colon are the most common malignant colorectal cancer in patients over 50 years age., Anemia is common system, detected in 56 percent, is the risk factor to the outcome of surgery. Right colon anemia cancer was detected in 36,5 percent and show that patients in sereve stage. In CanTho central General Hospital from the year between 2005 and 2009. There were 93 cases preoperation ar,iemia colon cancer were underwent operation management, the mean age was 58,4 years. The mean haemoglobin levels was 10,4 g/dl, anaemia is a common symptom of right colon. The incidence of complications in both the retrospective and the prospective was compared according to increasing severity of anemia. Survival after one year 98,8 percent three years 69,9 percent, and 5 years 48,4 percent.
