This paper presents the results of two studies on animal images in several folk tales ethnic minorities in northern Vietnam's tiger and snake. According to the survey results, tigers common occurrence and is the central figure in a fairy tale cottage type animals nations. In iddition, they also appear as support characters in some magical fairy type as type story about the orphans and stepchildren. Snakes are common in the genre and some type legendary tales as stories about the orphans, the story of the youngest sister. With the frequency of occurrence in many popular categories, sub categories and type of folk stories, pictures and tiger snakes made their mark in peoples stories. This reflects the close relationship between the animals with real Iffe, and also contributes to demonstrate respect for the beliefs and worship of animals in some people. The ethnic minority population represented as Thai, Tay, Muong has long maintained a worship of animals including two tigers and snakes with a sacred trust for the assistance and good for human life.
