At this concentration, the rooting rate was 98.36% and the rapid multiplication was the highest in all media at 6.4. In MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L BAP, the appropriate concentration of cefotaxime to stimulate shoot growth was 500 mg/l, on this medium, the height of orchids in vitro reached that the highest is 8.48 cm.
Fresh weight was highest when the medium was supplemented with 500 mg/l cefotaxime (344.85 mg). The best formula for in vitro growth of orchid roots was MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L IBA supplemented with 500 mg/L cefotaxime which had the highest average rooting rate (98.36%). Number of high roots 2.85 - 2.96 roots/plant. When taken out into the potting medium, the concentration of 500 mg/l cefotaxime continued to give the highest survival rate of 95%. Therefore, during micropropagation cefotaxime can increase shoot growth and elongation to a considerable extent. Due to the positive effect of the antibiotic cefotaxime on shoot proliferation and elongation, it can be applied in tissue culture of Spathiphyllum wallisii. This result can be used to rapidly multiply the orchid in the future.
