Đứt kín gân duỗi dài ngón tay cái được báo cáo trong y văn không thường gặp. Chúng tôi tiến hành báo cáo nhóm 4 ca lâm sàng đứt kín gân duỗi dài ngón I đến muộn được phẫu thuật tái tạo bằng chuyển gân duỗi riêng ngón II, đánh giá tại thời điểm vào viện: Tuổi, giới, nguyên nhân chấn thương, thời điểm được phẫu thuật, tổn thương trong mổ và đánh giá sau mổ: biên độ vận động duỗi, dạng, đối chiếu ngón I, khoảng mất duỗi theo thang điểm Geldmacher’s. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ nam/ nữ là 1:1, độ tuổi 43-59 tuổi, nguyên nhân do chấn thương cổ tay hoặc kèm theo gãy đầu dưới xương quay. Kết quả sau phẫu thuật: Biên độ ngón I thiếu hụt không đang kể, theo thang điểm Geldmacher’s 100% đạt kết quả tốt và xuất sắc.

Extensor pollicis longus tendon rupture is uncommon in the literature. We report on a group of 4 clinical cases of delayed rupture of extensor pollicis longus tendon that were reconstructed by transferring the extensor indicis proprius tendon, assessed at the time of admission: age, gender, cause of injury, time of surgery, intraoperative injury lesions and post-operative assessment: extensor range of motion: flexion, opposition, extension loss motion according to Geldmacher's scale. RESULTS: Male/female ratio 1:1, age 43-55 years old, caused by wrist injury or accompanied by fracture of the distal radius. Postoperative results: ROM of thumb is almost normal, according to Geldmacher's 100% scale: good and excellent results.
