To aim in propagating the Red 09 gladiolus variety, rapidly for production with lower plice and bulb quality as equivalent as that of imported bulbs, authorities of Fruit and Vegetable Research Institute had conducted and completed propagation process of this gladiolus variety and brought this conclusion out: the optimal time for propagating gladiolus on date 25/1 - 25/2; treat the bulbs before planting by Daconil 75WP or Rhidomil Gold 68WP with concentration of 20g/20 liters of water; soak the bulbs into water during 5 minutes; 15 days after planting, use Atonik to spray plants; 135 days after planting, harvest bulbs; store the bulbs in cooling room at temperatures of 4 - 5°C, with humidity of 65percent and during 105 days; from these results, authorities have completed the propagation process and put it into pratical production.
