Self-study is an active psychological characteristics of people, self-study activity is self-active, positive, self-occupied with scientific knowledge of the individual actions toward specific goals. self-study is an indispensable activity in the learning process, it positively affects the learning results of students. There are many ways to improve the quality of self- study process, which uses concept maps is oriented applications provide highly effective. The Concept maps are graphical tools for organizing and representing knowledge, they include concepts and the relationships among concepts. In the self-study, the concept map can be used for teachers to organize learning activities for students or be used as a versatile tool for students to actively construction and exploit knowledge. Through the self-study by setting up the concept map, students will understand, remember and apply better knowledge.
