Six imported hybrid lily varieties belonging to oriental hybrid lily group have been cultured to evaluate the commercial bulblet fonning culture in medium of (MS + 6 percent saccharose + 0.1 mg/l NAA + 0.1 mg/l BA+ 7 g/l agar, pH=5.8). The results show that all of them have ability to form in-vitro bulblets in short time (nearly 3 weeks) with a high regeneration frequency of scales (100 percent) and the bulblet propagation coefficient of from 1.5 to 2.25 times. Thin cell layer of in-vitro bulblets (3 mm) also help form small bulblets in the same nutrient medium. Sugar levels affect growth of in vitro bulblets of all explants. Unless L. fonnolongo, MS medium + 0.1 mg / 1 NAA + 0.1 ml / 1 BA + 7 g / 1 agar, pH = 5.8 + Saccharose 9 percent best stimulate bulblets weight A part from that, MS medium added 9 percent saccharose + 1 mg / 12.4 D + 0.25 mg / 1 BA promotes the high bulblet forming ability (90 percent) and stimulate high bulblet propagation coefficient (reaching 2.74 times) on thin cell layer of scales of lily Belladona bulbs.
