Để đáp ứng đòi hỏi sự phát triển đất nước thời kỳ mới, một trong những định hướng cơ bản được Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam xác định tại Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XII là: "tiếp tục đổi mới mạnh mẽ tư duy vận dụng sáng tạo, phát triển chủ nghĩa Mác - Lê Nin, tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh...; tăng cường tổng kết thực tiễn, nghiên cứu lý luận, dự báo chính xác và kịp thời có chủ trương, chính sách xử lý hiệu quả những vấn đề mới nảy sinh trong thực tiễn, giải quyết tốt các mối quan hệ lớn phản ánh quy luật đổi mới và phát triển ở nước ta.

In order to meet the requirement of national development in the new age, one of the basic orientation defined by the Vietnamese Communist Party at the 10th National Congress is "Continue to firmly renew thought to creatively implement, develop Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Ideology ... ; reinforce practical summary and theoretical research, accurately forecast; timely have effective policies to solve newly- arising problems in practice; solve big relations reflecting the innovation and development rules in the country ". According to the spirit of "comprehensive and synchronous innovation" in the activity of theoretical research, it can be said that: Building or treating relations, the connection between leaders and theoretical researchers is not only significant in creating the environment but is also the motivation for the creativity of various levels of research subjects. This paper shares the author's view points on the above theme.
