Việt Nam là đối tác hàng đầu trong tiếp nhận vốn ODA của Hàn Quốc. Trong bối cảnh Việt Nam và Hàn Quốc tăng cường hợp tác thông qua việc ký kết các hiệp định thương mại tự do song phương và đa phương, dòng vốn và dòng hàng hóa luân chuyển giữa hai nước thời gian qua tăng lên đáng kể. Vậy, có sự tác động nào từ ODA đến FDI của Hàn Quốc vào Việt Nam và tác động đến xuất - nhập khẩu (XNK) giữa Hàn Quốc và Việt Nam hay không? Nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình hồi quy đánh giá tác động của ODA đến FDI từ Hàn Quốc vào Việt Nam và đến XNK của Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy ODA có tác động tích cực đến việc thu hút vốn FDI của Hàn Quốc vào Việt Nam và làm tăng kim ngạch XNK giữa Hàn Quốc và Việt Nam.

Vietnam is among the top partners received Southern Korea's ODA. Capital flows and flows of goods have been increased since the conclusion of multinational and bilateral free trade agreement between the two countries. So, the author wonder whether Korea's ODA creates an impact on FDI attraction from Korean enterprises into Vietnam and Vietnam - Korea bilateral trade. By least squares model, the author can find that ODA from Korea makes a positive influence on increasing Korean FDI into Vietnam and boosting export-import between aforementioned nations.
