For storage glucoamilaza from Aspergillus awamori at 4oC, the activity is reduced 5 after 3 months. At room temperature, the activity is reduced after 10 days. For storage glucoamilaza from Aspergillus awamori with 5 NaCl (or 5 CaCl2) and foocmon 0,2 at temperature 30-37oC, after 1 month the activity will be reduced about 30. Glucoamilaza from Aspergillus awamori is experimental production of glucose sirup and alcohol
