For cleating up the forming conditions, ore-forming possibilities and forecasting the erosion levels of magmatic massives belonging to Điện Biên Complex, the authors of the paper have determined their thermodynamic forming condition by using thermobarometers Am-Bi, Pl-Am, Pl-Fsp... and also the order of some rockforming minerals such as Pl, Fsp. The results are as follows: -Magmatic rocks of Điện Biên Complex were crystallized at the temperature from 500 degree C to 650 degree C and pressure from 5,2 to 11,2 kbar, according to the depth 15-33 km. The temperature of the initial magma 764 degree to 1363 degree, vapour pressure 0,6-3,4 kbar.-The erosion depth of the roof reached in minimum 3 km.-Prospection ore of-deposits should be carried out at the contact zones of the massives. Attention should be paid to ancient placers
