The formation of the transition metals' eugenoxyacetate complexes, were carried out in the way that, the reaction between the sodium salt of eugenoxyacetic acid and the transition metal salt in the water at pH=6,5-7. The initial results of the experiment show that the metalic chelate of natural compounds has a good effect on the sprouting of rice CR203. Chelate solution 0,05 has a best effect
