Professional groups is a management unit in middle schools, professional groups where enforcement of educational tasks, as well as feedback where exactly the most effective operation of the school. In professional groups, professional heads are the most important role, is the assistant principal of administration and implementation of educational activities of the university. This paper presents an overview of the management effectiveness of the head professional at the High School of Tran Van Thoi district, on that basis to propose measures to improve the efficiency of the management of this team.
