Sự hài lòng với công việc của nhân viên y tế tại các bệnh viện tư nhân ở Việt Nam năm 2018

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang tại các bệnh viện tư nhân tại Việt Nam với cỡ mẫu 29.005 nhân viên y tế nhằm mô tả mức độ hài lòng và một số yếu tố liên quan của nhân viên y tế đang làm việc tại các cơ sở y tế (CSYT) tư nhân trên toàn quốc. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy nữ giới chiếm chủ yếu (69,35%), tuổi trung bình 32,82 ± 9,57 tuổi. Điều dưỡng, hộ sinh chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất với 44,35%. Sự hài lòng chung về bệnh viện và về lãnh đạo, đồng nghiệp có điểm trung bình cao nhất, lần lượt 4,25 và 4,23 điểm. Sự hài lòng về thu nhập thấp nhất với 4,11 điểm. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến sự hài lòng gồm nữ giới có mức độ hài lòng với công việc thấp hơn nam giới; các nhà quản lý, lãnh đạo bệnh viện có hài lòng cao hơn so với những vị trí công việc khác; nhân viên làm trong khối hành chính có sự hài lòng cao hơn so với các khoa khác; người có kiêm nhiệm từ hai công việc trở lên và số buổi trực trong một tháng nhiều hơn thì mức độ hài lòng càng giảm. Cần có các nghiên cứu sâu hơn để tìm hiểu lý do về mức độ hài lòng khác nhau và cải thiện chất lượng khám chữa bệnh tại các cơ sở y tế tư nhân.
