Objective: Replacement of lost teeth is a critical need of many patients, and dental implantation is the most popular choice for such persons. There are 2 dental implanting techniques, which are flapless (onestage implantation) and flap (two-stage implantation). The study evaluate the results of flapless implantation technique. Subjects and method: The Dental Department of the Central Military Hospital' has applied the flapless implantation technique for 40 patients and flaps implant technique for 71 patients. Results: The outcomes are very promising, with high chewing ability (95.2 percent), and good beauty level (90.5 percent).
