Soft tissues and bones of the orbital roof are difficult to treat and require prolonged treatment. There have been some kinds os local flaps used in combination with bone graft or other xenomaterials, but remain a lot of disadvantages. From March 2011 to November 2011, two osteofasciocutaneous lateral arm flaps were used for the reconstruction of the combined orbital roof defect. The follow - up was from two to three months. All flaps survived completely. There was no complication in the donor site of the flap. The osteofasciocutaneous lateral arm flap is an excellent material for the treatment of a variety of combined maxillo - facial defects.
