Ngôn ngữ ở trẻ chuẩn bị vào lớp một là một phương tiện giúp trẻ học tập tốt đặc biệt là cho môn tập đọc. Tật ngắn hãm lưỡi là hiện tượng cấu trúc phần trước lưỡi gắn với sàn miệng nhiều hơn bình thường do đó, đoạn nối lưỡi với sàn miệng ngắn, lưỡi kém di động. Những trẻ có tật hãm lưỡi ngắn thường gặp khó khăn trong khi cấu âm các phụ âm s, z, t, d, l, j, zh, ch, th, dg, và thanh điệu ngã và sắc. Nghiên cứu cấu âm của trẻ dưới 6 tuổi mắc bệnh ngắn hãm lưỡi nhằm đưa ra chỉ định phẫu thuật hợp lý ở các phân độ của tật ngắn hãm lưỡi. 45 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán ngắn hãm lưỡi và được phẫu thuật tại khoa Răng hàm mặt Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội, khoa Tai Mũi Họng Bệnh viện Việt Nam-Cu Ba, từ 3/2019 đến 6/2020, được phân tích cấu âm của trẻ sau phẫu thuật điều trị hãm lưỡi ngắn bằng phần mềm phân tích cấu âm. Kết quả tuổi 4 tuổi chiếm 75,1%, trẻ nam chiếm 81,2%. Kết quả đánh giá chủ quan cấu âm của trẻ trước phẫu thuật không bị rối loạn 2,1%, rối loạn nhẹ 8,6%, rối loạn trung bình 21,4%, rối loạn nặng 67,9%. Sau phẫu thuật không bị rối loạn 12,7%, rối loạn nhẹ 62,9%, rối loạn trung bình 21,1%, rối loạn nặng 3,3%. Đánh giá khách quan trước phẫu thuật Độ rộng của băng âm ở rìa băng(rối loạn nhẹ) 3,7%, ở giữa băng (trung bình) 30,2%, ở chính giữa (nặng) 66,1%. Dải tần dung sai âm 60 - < 80 (nhẹ) 4,1%, 40 < 60 (trung bình) 29,3%, < 40 (nặng) 64,5%. Tần số tham chiếu 60- < 80% 4,9%, 40 - < 60 % 38,7% và < 40% 54,3%. Sau phẫu thuật Không có rối loạn 2,3%, Độ rộng của băng âm ở rìa băng(rối loạn nhẹ) 79,7%, ở giữa băng (trung bình) 1,8%, ở chính giữa (nặng) 0%. Dải tần dung sai âm 60 - < 80 (nhẹ) 77,2%, 40 < 60 (trung bình) 20,5%, < 40 (nặng) 0%. Tần số tham chiếu 60 - < 80% 71,9%, 40 - < 60 % 22,4% và < 40% 3,4%.

Articulation is critical for children's academic performance, especially reading. Ankyloglossia is a condition in which an unusually short, thick, or tight band of tissue (lingual frenulum) tethers the bottom of the tongue's tip to the floor of the mouth, leading to impaired tongue mobility. Ankyloglossia usually causes difficulties in articulation consonants and sounds like s, z, t, d, l, j, zh, ch, th, dg, and tone “chesty-raised” (ngã) and “acute-angry” (sắc). The aim of the study on Vietnamese articulate in children under 6 years old with ankyloglossia surgery is to make reasonable surgery indications for each grade of ankyloglossia. Forty-five patients who had the diagnosis of ankyloglossia and received frenotomy at the Odontology Department of Hanoi Medical University Hospital and Ear-Nose-Throat Department of Vietnam-Cuba Hospital from 3/2019 to 6/2020 were going through articulation analysis, using articulation analysis software. Results 4-year-old 75.1%, male 81.2%. Results of subjective evaluation of articulation prior to surgery no disturbance 2.1%, mild disturbance 8.6%, average disturbance 21.4%, severe disturbance 67.9 %. After surgery no disturbance 12.7%, mild disturbance 62.9%, average disturbance 21.1%, severe disturbance 3.3%. Objective evaluation prior to surgery Bandwidth at the edge of the band (mild disturbance) 3,7%, in the middle of the band (average) 30.2%, in the center (severe) 66.1%. Tolerance sound band 60 - < 80 (mild) 4.1%, 40 < 60 (average) 29.3%, < 40 (severe) 64.5%. Reference sound frequency 60 - < 80% 4.9%, 40 - < 60% 38.7% and < 40% 54.3%. Postoperative No disturbance 2.3%, Bandwidth at the edge of the band (mild disturbance) 79.7%, in the middle of the band (average) 1,8%, in the center (severe) 0%. Tolerance sound band 60 - < 80 (mild) 77.2%, 40 < 60 (average) 20.5%, < 40 (severe) 0%. Reference sound frequency 60- < 80% 71,9%, 40 - < 60% 22.4% and < 40% 3.4%.
