Rural transport is an important part of rural infrastructure. Developed rural transport will promote the production and circulation of goods between production areas, the communities and economic centers; promote consumption, serve life, facilitate social and cultural development and strengthen national security... Development of rural transport requires huge investment resources. Currently, investment resources in Vietnam mainly come from the State Budget. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of construction projects of rural transport to avoid waste and loss of State funds.
