Tucker's laryngectomy is partial laryngectomy with epiglottoplasty. Objectives: Applications of Tucker's laryngectomy and evaluation of the primary results. Patients: 17 patients with laryngeal cancer operated by Tucker's laryngectony from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011 at ENT hospital. Results: The range of age was from 43 to 76. The mean age was 61.1. There were 15 males and 2 females. The tumors was mostly in T2NOMO (70.6 percent). 5 cases were in T1bNOMO (29.4 percent). No cases was in T3. The time of removing of tracheal tube was from 4 to 24 days, the mean time was 12 days. The time of removing of gastric tube was from 8 to 21 days, the mean time was 11 days. Condusions: Tucker's laryngectomy permitted the restoration of laryngeal functions. The prindpal indication was for the tumors in T2NOMO. It is worth having an important place among the partial laryngectomies.
