Các chủ thể trong nền kinh tế, đặc biệt là các chủ thể nhỏ lẻ, nếu hoạt động đơn lẻ khi tham gia vào hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh thường bị thiệt thòi, chịu nhiều bất lợi. Chính vì vậy, với một nền kinh tế đang phát triển như Việt Nam, kinh tế hợp tác xã đã và đang trở thành mô hình hữu hiệu giúp nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh cho các chủ thể kinh tế nhỏ lẻ, đặc biệt là mô hình kinh tế hộ. Nghiên cứu này tổng hợp một số nội dung liên quan đến lý luận về mô hình kinh tế hợp tác xã, vai trò của hợp tác xã trong nền kinh tế, thực trạng phát triển kinh tế hợp tác xã tại Việt Nam trong những năm qua và những khó khăn tồn tại trong phát triển kinh tế hợp tác xã. Nghiên cứu sẽ góp phần vào hệ thống cơ sở lý luận về phát triển kinh tế hợp tác xã trong thời gian tới.

The actors in the economy, especially the small ones, if they operate alone when participating in production and business activities, they are often disadvantaged and suffer many disadvantages. Therefore, with a developing economy like Vietnam, the cooperative economic model has become an effective model to help improve the competitiveness of small economic entities in Vietnam, especially the household economic model. This study aims to synthesize some theoretical issues on cooperative economic development in Vietnam. The author mentions a number of contents related to the theory of the cooperative economic model, the role of cooperatives in the economy, the reality of cooperative economic development in Vietnam in recent years, past and existing difficulties in cooperative economic development. The study will contribute to the theoretical basis for the development of cooperative economy in the coming time.
