Common symptoms are abdominal pain 85,1%, B syndrome 47,1%, and anemia 36,8%. The disease was diagnosed mostly by gastrointestinal endoscopy 88,5%. Tumor location: stomach 55,2%, colon 20,7%, small intestine 8,0%, rectum 3,4%, esophagus 1,1%, multiple tumors 11,5%. Histopathology: B cells predominate 93,1% (DLBCL non-GCB 39,5%, DLBCL GCB 27,2%, MALT lymphoma 22,2%, Mantle cell 8,6%), T cells 6,9%. The rate of complications was 35,6%, and the most common were gastrointestinal bleeding at 41,9%, and obstruction at 38,7%. There was a significant relationship between complications with tumor location and diagnosis devices (p <0,05). Ki67 positive ≥ 30% accounted for 78,2%.
