Two disinfectants: Qm-Supercide and Vime-Lodine were studied in order to survey the effect of these disinfectants in animal house disinfection by the time. The studied result showed that the density of microorganisms in the air and on the floor of the animal house reduced significantly by disinfection with Qm-Supercide and Vime-Iodine, especially density of the aerobic bacteria total and fungi reduced to the lowest number (about 79.7-91.7 percent) in the first day after disinfection then the number of bacteria and fungi increased gradually until the seventh day thereafter and reached the same density/number at the 14th day after disinfection. The studied results also showed the disinfection effect of Vime-Lodine on bacteria and fungi was more quickly than the effect of Qm-Supercide but its disinfection time was shorter.
