The article analyzes and evaluates the 2014 Law on Enterprises and other current regulations on corporate groups and transactions between members in such groups. The article shall comprise following contents: (i) general issues on the legal characteristics of member of corporate group and the relationship between them; (ii) specific provisions on controlling transactions between members in corporate groups. As a result, the author shall make proposals on amendment of and supplement to the 2014 Law on Enterprises in order to improve relevant provisions of the law on these issues.
