In this study, the authors report some the remarks on recipient and donor work-up for living donor kidney transplantation performed between 12/2013 and 12/ 2014 at Xanh Pon Hospital. Total of 5 recipients were received kidney from living donor. All of donors were safed and almosts the cases of kidney transplantation were successful based on protocol for living donor kidney transplantation of Ministry of Health. To make sure the suscess of kidney transplantation, recipient and donor work-up must carry out step by step. Screening of infectious diseases, evaluation of recipient's liver function and donor's kidney function must be done thoroughly.
