Đánh giá thang điểm tiên lượng ACUITY-PCI, ở bệnh nhân có triệu chứng vành cấp được can thiệp động mạch vành qua da. Đánh giá mối liên quan giữa thang điểm ACUITY-PCI, với tình trạng tử vong và biến cố tim mạch chính ở nhóm bệnh nhân nan. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu 51 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán xác định có hội chứng vành cấp. Các thành phần đánh giá trong nghiên cứu gồm phạm vi tổn thương động mạch vành, tổn thương động mạch vành lan tỏa hoặc mạch máu nhỏ, tổn thương chỗ chia đôi động mạch vành, suy chức năng thận, đái tháo đường điều trị insulin. Theo dõi các biến cố tim mạch lớn sau 30 ngày can thiệp. Kết quả cho thấy phân nhóm ACUITY-PCI nguy cơ cao 49% , nguy cơ trung bình 15,7% , nguy cơ thấp 35,3%. Tỷ lệ biến cố tim mạch lớn sau 1 tháng là tử vong 13,7%; nhồi máu cơ tim tái phát 1,9%. Trong đó tỉ lệ xuất hiện biến cố tim mạch ở nhóm nguy cơ cao là 28%; nguy cơ trung bình là 12,5%.

Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is used to treated patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS) in many years. However the outcomes after PCI needs to be evaluated and analysed. This research was created from data of 51 patients with ACS and used ACUITY-PCI score to stratification. Six variables were used in this score insulin-treated diabetes, renal insufficiency, baseline cardiac biomarker elevation or ST-segment deviation, bifurcation lesion, small vessel/diffuse coronary disease and the extent of coronary artery disease. Results showed that ACUITY-PCI score with lower tertile 35.3%; intermediate tertile 15.7%; upper tertile 49 %. 30 day clinical outcomes Death 13.7%; Reinfarction 1.9%. Event rated increased significantly across tertiles of ACUITY-PCI score 0% in the lower tertile; 12.5% in the intermediate tertile and 28% in the upper tertile. The ACUITY-PCI score had the good discrimination (C-statistic = 0.865 ). Age > 60 ; smoke; BMI < 18.49 kg/m2 and triple-vessel disease were univariate predictors of mortality after PCI ( p < 0.05).
