The paper provides an assessment based on the governance efficiency index and public administration at provincial level, assessment according to provincial competitiveness index, evaluated according to the quality indicators of operation of the one door department in the district level and the author also gives some comments on the application of indicators to assess the effectiveness of administrative service delivery and the problems posed.
