Micro-teaching is considered as a students-centered teaching method. The Micro-teaching method is appropriate in the initial training for pedagogic students to understand separate skiIls, form the component competences of the teaching profession. In this study, the authors apply micro-teaching method to professional training course to form and develop pedagogic competence for students of elementary pedagogy so that they are able to become qualified teachers to meet the current requirements of educational reform.
