The Law on information Access will come into effect on 01 July 2018. Currently, the Ministry of' Justice has been taking public opinions to draft a Decree detailing the Law On the basis of' general principles on legal aid for access to and protection ofrights ofpersons with disabilities recognized in the Constitution. related laws and regulations and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. this paper comments the above-mentioned draft Decree to establish favourable conditions for those persons to have access to information.
