The Impact ofSocial Responsibility Activities of Tour Operator on Customers Satisfaction and Loyalty

The article studies the impact of corporate social responsibility (CRS) activities of tourism enterprises on their customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. By implementing quantitative research on a sample of 176 customers in Vietnam in 4th quarter of2021, the research results indicate that CSR activities of Vietnamese tourism enterprises have a positive impact on customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. The positive relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty is also clarified. However, the intermediate relationship of customer satisfaction between CSR and customer loyalty is not statistically significant. Based on the of research results on the positive direct impacts of CSR, the article proposes some recommendations to promote CSR activities of Vietnamese tourism enterprises, in order to improve the customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby anticipating and improving business performance in the context of gradually opening up and recovering post-COVID - 19 economy.
