Organizational-level cooperation between universities and businesses is acurrent trend aimed at the benefits of both parties and training activities linkedto practice. The study is based on data from 82 surveys from businesses thatcurrently have a cooperative relationship with Hanoi University of Industry, toassess the influence of benefits and social responsibility factors on thecooperation relationship. The research results show a positive effect of theelement of responsibility and benefit in this relationship, confirming the positiveand consistent influence of the factors of cultural similarity, trust, and cohesion.The study results also provide evidence of a liability factor from a benefit in thisrelationship. These findings, on the one hand, confirm the role of the element ofinterest in the cooperative relationship, and on the other hand, are the basis forproposing several implications implying solutions to maintain and develop therelationship in legal activities. between schools and businesses today.
