Mô tả thực trạng sức khỏe của người lao động Công ty điện lực Thanh Trì Hà Nội năm 2023 và một số yếu tố liên quan. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích. Kết quả: Các nhóm bệnh chính gồm: Hô hấp (32,6%), Cơ xương khớp (26,2%), Tâm thần kinh (20,9%), Nội tiết (14,5%), Tiêu hóa (14,0%), Tim mạch (9,9) và Tiết niệu (5,2%). Tỷ lệ phân loại sức khỏe của người lao động tại Công ty Điệc Lực Thanh Trì với 41,3% sức khỏe loại II, 43,6% sức khỏe loại III, 15,1% sức khỏe loại IV. Tỷ lệ sức khỏe không tốt tỷ lệ thuận với nhóm tuổi lần lượt từ ≤ 30 tuổi (0%), 31-40 tuổi (41,3%), 41-50 tuổi (44,8%) và ≥ 50 tuổi (22,2%). Không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa nhóm tuổi và sức khỏe người lao động (p>0,05). Tỷ lệ sức khỏe tốt của người lao động giảm dần theo thâm niên công tác lần lượt từ ≤5 năm (100%), 6 - 10 năm (94,1%), 11 - 15 năm (85,5%), 16-20 năm (84,5%) và ≥ 21 năm (73,3%). Không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa thâm niên công tác và sức khỏe người lao động (p>0,05). Các yếu tố có hại ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe không tốt theo tỷ lệ giảm dần theo các yếu tố từ sinh vật có hại (22,6%), các yếu tố khác (17,4%), thời tiết cực đoan (16,3%), bụi, khí độc (13,2%) và ồn, rung (10,5%). Không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các yếu tố có hại và sức khỏe người lao động (p>0,05). Kết luận: Qua nghiên cứu thực trạng sức khỏe người lao động tại Công ty điện lực Thanh Trì Hà Nội thấy các nhóm bệnh thường gặp là bệnh Hô hấp (32,6%), Cơ xương khớp (26,2%), Tâm thần kinh (20,9%). Nhóm tuổi đang lao động, thâm niên công tác của công ty khá cao lần lượt từ ≤5 năm (100%), 6 - 10 năm (94,1%), 11 - 15 năm (85,5%), 16-20 năm (84,5%) và ≥ 21 năm (73,3%). Các yếu tố có ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe của người lao động như sinh vật có hại (22,6%), các yếu tố khác (17,4%), thời tiết cực đoan (16,3%), bụi, khí độc (13,2%) và ồn, rung (10,5%).

This study aims to examine the health status of workers at Thanh Tri Electricity Company in Hanoi in the year 2023, along with related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study and data analysis. Results: The results indicate that the main disease groups among workers at Thanh Tri Electric Power Company are respiratory (32.6%), musculoskeletal (26.2%), neuropsychiatric (20.9%), endocrine (14.5%), diarrhea chemistry (14.0%), cardiovascular (9.9%), and urology (5.2%). Of the workers, 41.3% have been classified as type II health, 43.6% as type III health, and 15.1% as type II health. The rate of poor health varies proportionally with age groups: workers aged ≤ 30 years have a rate of 0%, those aged 31-40 years have a rate of 41.3%, those aged 41-50 years have a rate of 44.8%, and those aged ≥ 50 years have a rate of 22.2%. There is no statistically significant difference between age groups and workers' health (p>0.05). The rate of good health among workers gradually decreases with working seniority. Specifically, workers with ≤5 years of experience have a rate of 100%, those with 6-10 years have a rate of 94.1%, those with 11-15 years have a rate of 85.5%, those with 16-20 years have a rate of 84.5%, and those with ≥ 21 years have a rate of 73.3%. There is no statistically significant difference between work seniority and employee health (p>0.05). The harmful factors that affect workers' health include harmful organisms (22.6%), other factors (17.4%), extreme weather (16.3%), dust and toxic gases (13.2%), and noise and vibration (10.5%). There is no statistically significant difference between harmful factors and workers' health (p>0.05). Conclusion: In our research on the health status of workers at Thanh Tri Electricity Company in Hanoi, we discovered that the most common disease groups among them are Respiratory diseases (32.6%), Musculoskeletal diseases (26.2%), and Heart diseases and neurological issues (20.9%). We also observed that the majority of workers have been with the company for a long time, with ≤5 years (100%), 6 - 10 years (94.1%), 11 - 15 years (85.5%), 16- 20 years (84.5%), and ≥ 21 years (73.3%). The factors that affect workers' health include harmful organisms (22.6%), other factors (17.4%), extreme weather (16.3%), dust and toxic gases (13.2%), and noise and vibration (10.5%).
