Objective: To study clinical and X-ray symptoms of maxillary sinus fracture. To assess treatment result of using Foley catheter in maxillary sinus fracture in mid-face fracture. Subject and method: 19 mid-face fracture patients with maxillary sinus fractures were operated at Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery - No.103 Military Hospital from January 2011 to March 2013. Foley catheter was used to assist the reformation of sinus wall fragments. This is a cross-sectional, descriptive study. Result and conclusion: At 10 days post-operative, there were 15/19 patients (78.95 percent) with good result and 4/19 patients (21.05 percent) with fair result. At 6 months follow-up, there were 17/19 patients (89.47 percent) with good result and 2/19 patients (10.53 percent) with fair result.
