Dich Dam Thang is traditional remedy to treat patients in the low proof of traditional medicine what summarize by experience of doctors at Hospital of traditional medicine Hanoi. Results of research showed that concentration of CT, TG, LDL-C is significant decrease (p 0,001) and concentration of HDL-C is significant increase (p0,05). The effects of remedy: Useful liver kidney, except phlegm, active blood and sedative. The combination of medicinal ingredients in the remedy on the principles of traditional medicine that has been improved remarkably effective. This result is consistent with other studies of Vietnam and China: the remedy combine ingredients have a better effect a kind. The study results showed that the remedy have beneficial effects in several preclinical indicators such as cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C, HDL-G.
